Steve Hess Equipment

One of the most unique elements at Forza Fitness and Performance Club is the custom designed Steve Hess  equipment and workout accessories that you can’t find anywhere else.  Over the years of training NBA athletes, Steve realized that a lot of the equipment that was standard in the industry was very limiting.  He also found that a lot training techniques being used did not help maximixe an athlete’s potential.  Therefore he began to isolate specific physical movements of athletes and create equipment and exercises that would create strength and explosiveness.
