Spinning Studio

Our Forza spinning classes have never been more popular.  Spinning is a great and vigorous workout that will burn off calories and strengthen and tone all of your muscles.

Our spinning instructors will encourage and motivate you to push yourself and to get your heart pounding.  Spinning classes start with warm-ups and advance to hill climbs and all-out sprints before cooling down toward the end of the workout.  You will get your heart pumping and the blood circulating throughout your body. For any cycling enthusiasts, this is a great class.

One of the added benefits of spinning is that it adds variety to your exercise regimen and keeps things fresh. For bicycle enthusiasts, spinning in the winter months is a great way to stay in shape for when the weather warms up and you can get out on your bike again.
