Forza Fitness and Performance Club is a state-of-the-art downtown health club that combines luxurious amenities with the best performance equipment available. We are also one of the largest health clubs in Colorado featuring three levels and over 65,000 square feet suspended above Curtis Street in the heart of downtown Denver. Only Forza can offer Steve Hess designed equipment, unique amenities, luxurious surroundings, and downtown convenience.
We are at the forefront of fitness technology with both traditional and innovative new training methods to meet your fitness goals. At Forza you’ll notice an immediate difference in our equipment. The most impressive is a Steve Hess designed 30-degree indoor training ramp that reaches over 30-feet high. We also feature the complete TRX training system that is available to our members free of charge! It doesn’t stop there; you will also discover a 40-foot rock climbing wall, a twenty-five meter saltwater lap pool, and a full size basketball court.
The heart and soul of Forza is our expansive weight room and massive cardio center. No matter what time of day you work out, there is always plenty of equipment so you are never waiting around. Of course we have all of the free-weight options you could ever need, as well as every imaginable piece of cardio equipment, along with suspended televisions to keep you informed and entertained during your workouts.
If you have considered taking up kickboxing as part of your regimen, we have a studio for that! It’s equipped with everything needed to train the 50–year old executive or an MMA champion. What if you want to balance things out with Yoga or Pilates? We have studios for those too. Spinning studio? We have the best in town! Our extensive variety of studios and classes truly sets us apart from the competition.
When your workout is done, you’ll enjoy retreating to our luxurious locker rooms. They are well appointed with beautiful wood-trimmed lockers, spa-type towels and toiletries, and lots of room! Additionally, our shower stalls are private and we have lots of them so you never have to wait to get on with your day.
Parking is never a problem even though we are located in the heart of downtown Denver. We offer convenient underground parking, just off Curtis Street, where you can park for three hours for only $2. Just park and take the elevator up to Forza.
