RANDY BROOKS – Pilates Instructor
Randy’s background hails from dance here in Denver, CO for 15 years with the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble.  He has had the privilege of teaching and choreographing for the Denver School of the Arts, Dance Renaissance (an inner city dance program through Colorado Ballet), The Arvada Center, commissioned two solos for students, and has judged dance and cheerleading competitions.  Randy went on from dance to pursue his career in Pilates and Gyrotonic®.  He received his Pilates certification through Polestar Pilates in Miami, Florida.  Randy is also a Pre-Trainer for the beginning level 1 Gyrotonic® and is working to become a Master Trainer. Randy not only teaches Pilates and Gyrotonic®, but is also the Rehearsal Director for the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble.  Randy feels Pilates is great because it can help to re-shape your body to create length in your spine, joint mobility and to become more aware of faulty movement patterns that have been carried since youth.

TINA D’AMORE – Pilates Instructor/Pilates Method Alliance National Certification
Tina’s lifelong affinity for health and wellness led her to teach group fitness classes while attending Central Washington University.  She has been a certified group fitness instructor since 2002 with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).  A continuing education workshop introduced her to Pilates, which made a lasting impression.  Several years and a financial services career later, Tina struggled with chronic neck pain and turned to Pilates and Yoga for physical healing.  Since then, she has received far beyond the physical benefits from her practices.  In 2009, Tina was certified through CorePower Yoga as a Power Yoga teacher.  In 2010, she completed her Pilates teacher certification through Pilates of Cherry Creek.  Her mentor studied with Romana Kyrzanowska, Joseph Pilates’ most well known protégé.  While Tina is proud to be a third generation Classical Pilates teacher, her teaching style reflects influence from various philosophies as well as her continued study of Pilates. Tina has an additional certification in breast cancer exercise from the Pink Ribbon Program and extensive experience with pre and postnatal clients.  She continues to teach various fitness classes, including TRX while emphasizing the Pilates principles.  A few of Tina’s interests include traveling, reading and looking for her next adventure.  She is an avid skier, hiker and is working on her checklist of Colorado’s “Fourteeners”.

ASHLEY TAYLOR – Pilates Instructor
Ashley added Pilates to her fitness routine in 2005 as a means of building core strength and improving overall muscle balance. As an avid skier, Ashley found that her leg strength was far greater than her upper body strength. Frustrated by a persistent neck injury and looking to gain upper body strength, Ashley discovered Pilates and a new passion at the suggestion of a physical therapist.

In late 2009, Ashley left her career in the business world to become a certified Pilates instructor. In 2010 she earned her Comprehensive Pilates Studio Certification through Polestar Pilates (all equipment). Ashley then went on to receive national certification through the Pilates Method Alliance in 2011.

When Ashley is not practicing Pilates, you will find her skiing, running half-marathons, spending time with family, and walking her Great Dane, Jayda.
